This tailor-made programme is designed for young graduates, who are taking their first steps into the professional world. We recognize that these talented individuals are seeking an environment that not only nurtures their potential but also supports their development. It is a 1-year programme where the graduates will be taken through several streams, with each one of them having their own curated journey ranging from project-based assignments, experiential, cross departmental and core functional learnings.
