Cim Finance requires its employees, officers and directors to conduct themselves with integrity, impartiality and honesty in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Unlawful activity of any kind is prohibited.

What is whistleblowing?

“Whistleblowing” is defined as the disclosure by those individuals in good faith, of information relating to questionable practices within a company. It usually involves the bypassing of normal reporting lines to report elsewhere within the Company.

Confidentiality

All concerns will be treated in the strictest confidence. The current policy encourages you to put your name to your concern whenever possible. However anonymous concerns may be considered if all details of the concerns are provided.

How to raise a concern?

Internal Whistleblowers

Employees are encouraged to address any whistleblowing matter to the Internal Audit Department

Head of Internal Audit - All type of Concerns
(note: Internal Audit is an Independant unit)

However, based on the type of concern, employees may also address the matter to any of the following:

Head of HR - HR concerns
(note: non ethical behaviours/harassment/health and safety dangers)

Head of Complianceregulatory concerns
(note: non ethical behaviours / harassment / health and safety dangers)

Managing Director - only concerns related to Head of Internal Audit, Head of HR and Head of Compliance

Chairperson of the Audit Committee - only concerns related to Top Management

External Whistleblowers

Whistleblowing reports received from external or anonymous sources (clients, merchants, service providers, outsourcing companies) are directed to the:

Head of Internal Audit All type of Concerns
(note: Internal Audit is an Independant unit)

Managing Director/group CEO and a subsequent investigation conducted by an independent function.
