CFSL - Amalgamation Communique

Dear Client,

Further to the our communique issued on 14 August 2019, we are pleased to inform you that CIM Financial Services Ltd (‘CFSL’) has received clearance from the relevant authorities for the amalgamation of the following companies with and into CFSL:

• - Cim Finance Ltd
• - Mauritian Eagle Leasing Company Ltd
• - Cim Agencies Ltd
• - Cim Management Services Ltd
• - Cim Shared Services Ltd

The amalgamation is effective from 1 October 2020.

Please note that your existing contract for credit facility, credit card, factoring and/or leasing with Cim Finance Ltd and/or Mauritian Eagle Leasing Company Ltd shall remain unchanged and shall continue with CFSL.
