CIM Financial Services Ltd (hereinafter referred as “CFSL”) invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit their proposals for services regarding the certification of milestones in the context of a Core Lending System implementation project, as more fully described in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document.

- CFSL reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals and/or to annul the whole Request for Proposal exercise without thereby incurring any liability whatsoever to any bidder and without any obligation to inform the bidders of the grounds of its action.
