Many women are actually considering downshifting their careers, a trend globally termed as ‘She-cession’. This is a trend we aim to curb, by reaffirming our commitment to #ChooseToGrow our women, who make up 78% of our workforce. Our objective is to remove barriers for working women and nurture a culture in which they have equal opportunities to reach their full potential. We are extremely proud of the women at Cim Finance, who have risen to the moment and are paving the way forward despite their mounting responsibilities. Let’s hear from them. We are proud to be the first financial institution in Maur itius to offer e-commerce facilities combining online purchase to approval of credit facility. The aim was to put in place a digital channel for our existing customers, willing to purchase products via existing merchant ecommerce websites, such as Galaxy, Courts, 361 and Price Guru and to provide them with easy access to our CFA or Flexi Credit services. I am extremely proud to have contributed in achieving this great milestone on our digital transformation journey.» «I must say that the e-commerce platform has brought many benefits to our business.
