100% 100% 41.94% OTHERS ELGIN LTD (Elgin) 53% CIM HOLDINGS LTD (CHL) 5.06% NATIONAL PENSIONS FUND THE COMPANY 2.12 Board Performance Review Following recommendations made by the Corporate Governance and Conduct Review Committee, the Board approved a Board evaluation framework that will allow the Company to transition in a smooth manner from an internally-led board evaluation to an externally led exercise to ensure the Company complies with best practices in terms of Board evaluation. The evaluation for this year was conducted internally and a questionnaire with a set of question was circulated to each Director to obtain their views on the effectiveness of the Board and its sub-committees, to assess their contribution to the Board’s performance and to identify areas of improvement. The results have been analysed by the Corporate Governance and Conduct Review Committee and no major issues were noted. The main opportunities for improvement and refinement related to enhancing Board representation to address diversity and increasing the inclusion of ESG initiatives in board-level decision-making. These results were reported at Board level at the Company’s Board meeting held in December 2024. 3.
