Kaamil Nakhasi Head of Cards and Payments Kaamil joined Cim Group in July 2023 as Head of Cards and Payments. Prior to occupying this position, he worked at one of the largest Card issuing Banks RBL Bank in India from June 2017 to June 2023, where he was responsible for end to end Unsecured lending business (Cards, Personal Loans, EMI and Insurance) and also headed the digital channels (MyCard Mobile App, Chatbot, WhatsApp Banking). From June 2014 to June 2016, Kaamil worked as Senior Manager for Snapdeal – which is one of the largest E-commerce companies in India. He contributed in the shaping up of multiple business categories within his stint at Snapdeal.com. After obtaining his MBA, he started his career with the Times group in the Media sales domain. He was entrusted with the responsibility of handling Sales for 3 major categories – Consumer Durables, IT and Telecom, and also handled/closed sales deals for major clients like Olx, Airtel, Idea, Quikr, Flipkart, Samsung and more. Kaamil holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad and a degree in Computer Science Engineering from Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology, India. Diane Maurel Head of Credit Underwriting Diane joined Cim Finance in January 2015 as a Senior Analyst for Cim Management Services Ltd and was appointed to the position of Manager of Corporate Credit of Cim Finance Ltd in February 2016. In 2018, Diane was appointed as the Head of Corporate Credit, and later in the same year, she was called upon to take over the retail credit underwriting department as Head of Credit Underwriting. Prior to joining the Group, Diane worked in the Macquarie Corporate Asset Finance Division of The Macquarie Bank in Melbourne for two years. Before that, she worked at Ford Credit Ltd in roles including Credit Risk and Recovery and Legal.
