Each session includes an assessment, with a minimum pass rate of 80%, ensuring that our teams are well-equipped to navigate the complexities of our industry. Regulatory capacity-building Our annual mandatory training programme aims to go above and beyond compliance, aligning our people around best practices in Cybersecurity Awareness, Safety and Health Awareness, MCIB (Mauritius Credit Information Bureau) Guidelines. In FY 2024, over 750 employees across frontlines and back-office roles, representing 70% of our workforce, participated in sessions designed to strengthen their knowledge and adapt to recent legal amendments. Management teams engaged in targeted Data Protection workshops, focusing on mitigating risks tied to client data and implementing new frameworks. For back-office and support employees, e-learning modules provided accessible training options. Professional development We strongly believe in encouraging our employees to grow professionally through continued education. By supporting their aspirations for further studies, we equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
