Environmental and Social Report Our vision for long-term value creation is rooted in our responsibility toward the people we serve and the planet we share. The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) guide our approach to environmental stewardship, social inclusion, and governance practices, ensuring our impact goes beyond financial performance. From reducing our environmental footprint and promoting greener practices, to fostering financial inclusion, our initiatives align with global priorities, contributing to a more sustainable and inclusive future. This Environmental and Social report is a work in progress, reflecting our efforts to use resources efficiently, while continuing to listen, learn, and gather data to drive greater impact in the years ahead. Some of the key environmental data and metrics presented in this report were gathered as part of the LEED certification process for our headquarters, Cim House. Achieving this certification requires the implementation of robust policies, processes, and tracking mechanisms to monitor and minimise our environmental footprint through the responsible use of natural resources. The data specific to Cim House has been normalised to ensure consistency, comparability, and more accurate benchmarking against industry standards.
