This includes: • Paper and carton waste from documentation and administrative processes • Electronic waste (e-waste) from outdated IT equipment such as computers, printers, phones, batteries and access controls. • Plastic waste from packaging, office suppliers and employee consumption (Example: food containers and bottles) • General waste such as food and coffee pods consumed on-site. Managing this waste effectively and responsibly is essential to minimising our environmental footprint. Given the hazardous nature of e-waste, requiring careful handling and disposal, we collaborate with BEM Recycling to ensure its safe disposal. Similarly, the sensitive nature of our archives waste has led us to partner with WeCycle to securely collect and destroy archives. 100% Recycling rate of coffee pods FY 2023: 2,691kg Paper & carton at Archives 2,728kg FY 2023: 2,870kg e-Waste 2,224kg Coffee pods FY 2023: 19.5kg 25kg 67 Introduction Group Overview Leadership Strategy & Performance Risk Management Corporate Governance Statutory Disclosures Financial
