STEPHAN VEE FOUNG HOW POO Head of IT Stephan How Poo is the Head of IT at Cim Finance Ltd. He joined the Company in February 2000 as a software analyst programmer and gradually climbed the corporate ladder until promoted to his current position of Head of IT in 2008. Stephan holds a Master of Business Administration with specialisation in Finance and a Bachelors Degree (Hons) in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Mauritius. SOO HIM LOW KWAN SANG General Manager Collection and Recovery Soo Him Low Kwan Sang is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK). He joined Cim Finance in 1996 and has been in charge of various departments within Cim Finance, namely, leasing, finance, factoring, card and customer accounts. He was an Executive Director of Cim Finance Ltd from 01 October 2014 to 14 October 2017. He has now been the General Manager Collections & Recovery since 01 November 2018.
