INTEGRATED REPORT 2022 | 49 SUDHEER PRABHU Group Chief Technology Officer Sudheer is an experienced technologist with a career spanning more than 30 years in banking and non-banking Technology andOperations, having workedwith large international banks like ABN AMRO and The Royal Bank of Scotland, in addition to working in the public sector, private sector, and the MNC and banking environments in India. Prior to joining CimFinance in June 2019, he served as the Chief Information & Digital Officer at MauBank. There, he played a key role in developing and executingMauBank’s digital strategy, and establishedmarket-first products like chatbots andOnline Leasing Lending, amongst others. Sudheer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (First Class) fromthe KarnatakaUniversity, India, and aDiploma in Software Technology fromNIIT. He has also completedhis Post Graduate Diploma inDigital Business fromEmeritus in collaborationwith MIT Sloan and Columbia Business School. Sudheer is also a junior associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (ISACA, Illinois, USA). AMBRISHMAHARAHAJE Group Chief Operating Officer Ambrishwas appointed as Chief OperatingOfficer of CimGroup in December 2019. He joined Cim Group in 2014 as Company Secretary andwas subsequently appointedasHeadof Corporate Affairs in 2016, a function comprising Communications & Investor Relations and Company Secretarial services. Prior to working for Cim Group, Ambrish was successively CorporateManager, Legal Compliance at Rogers and Company Limited and Executive Secretary at the Mauritius Institute of Directors. He is an Associate of The Chartered Governance Institute (previously the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK) (ICSA) and holds a BSc in Management from the University of Mauritius.
