| CIM FINANCE. INTEGRATED REPORT 2022 52 KWON LI PAK MAN Chief Risk Officer Kwon joined Cim Finance in 2019 as Chief Risk Officer. He is currently responsible for leading the Risk Functionwithin the Group, defining and overseeing risks related to financial services (Credit, Market, Liquidity and Operational Risks), as well as risk-related strategies, policies and processes. He is a seasoned risk professional with a deep understanding of risk discipline. Prior to joining Cim Finance, Kwon was the Head of Risk at SBM Bank (Mauritius) Ltd, where he spent over 18 years, and successfully built a robust riskmanagement framework. He also held various senior roles at SBM, including Treasury, Compliance and Risk Management. Kwon holds anMSc in Business Finance fromBrunel University London and the ACI Dealing Certificate. Team Management Roger joined the Group in 1989 and is currently the Head of Consumer Finance of CFSL. He brings to the position a successful track record of more than 33 years in the field of Finance, Operations, Collections and Recovery, Leasing, Factoring, Money Lending andHire Purchase. His extensive experience, coupledwith his strong and effective leadership, enable Roger to motivate his team towards achieving established departmental and corporate objectives, whilst maintaining both a healthy work environment and a positive culture. Roger is responsible for driving top-line revenue through the opening of new outlets in Mauritius and Rodrigues for a wider reach of CimFinance’s products, while continuously enhancing the customer experience through digital capabilities and positioning the Company for improved financial performance. He has an in-depthunderstanding of the retail business that has helped to foster professional relationships withmerchants and customers, and maintain a culture of trust, respect and open communication for continued sales growth.
