ACE CIM GRADUATE PROGRAMME Cim Finance launched ACE Cim Graduate Programme to equip young graduates to Accelerate, Cultivate, and Excel in their professional pursuit. This third edition of Cim Graduate Programme has been thoughtfully curated around the graduate interest, organisation needs and embedded industry evolving skills requirement including digital. Through carefully curated learning journeys and collaboration opportunities with our thought leaders, they will have exposure working on projects, gain cross-departmental learning opportunities, access to world-class learning faculty and, most importantly, gain on-the-job experience to fuel their careers with Cim. This diverse slate of candidates will definitely be a catalyst to our innovation and transformation initiatives. In the face of widespread labour challenges affecting almost every industry, including ours, Cim Finance is determined to get ahead of this issue by building a sustainable talent pipeline, rich in diverse capabilities, able to drive and support CFSL’s relentless pursuit of innovation. WOMEN AGILITY AT CIM An inclusive work environment is not just a social responsibility, but it also fosters a culture of innovation. From Customer Service to Senior Management and the Board of CFSL, women play pivotal roles in shaping CFSL’s business and make meaningful contributions in driving sustainable progress towards gender equality. With this in mind, several training sessions are specifically tailored for women at Cim Finance, designed to address any disparities in the workplace and promote gender equality. This year, our celebration of Women’s Day and Mother’s Day took the form of an engaging talk, led by Female industry leaders. The theme, ‘The innate Power and Innate Dance of Women’, provided a platform for our female colleagues to share their individual experience and career journeys, while providing tips and insights to the younger female generation.
