Kwon Li Pak Man Chief Risk officer Kaamil Nakhasi Head of Cards and Payments Kaamil joined Cim Group in July 2023 as Head of Cards and Payments. Prior to occupying this position, he worked at one of the largest Card issuing Banks RBL Bank in India from June 2017 to June 2023, where he was responsible for end to end Unsecured lending business (Loans, EMI and Insurance) and also headed the digital channels (MyCard Mobile App, Chatbot, WhatsApp Banking). From June 2014 to June 2016, Kaamil worked as Senior Manager for Snapdeal – which is one of the largest e-commerce companies in India – where he contributed to shaping up multiple business categories. After obtaining his MBA, he started his career with the Times group in the Media sales domain. He was entrusted with the responsibility of handling Sales for three major categories – Consumer Durables, IT and Telecom, and also handled/closed sales deals for major clients like Olx, Airtel, Idea, Quikr, Flipkart, Samsung and more. Kaamil holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad and a degree in Computer Science Engineering from Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology, India. Kwon joined Cim Finance in 2019 as Chief Risk Officer. He is a seasoned risk professional with a deep understanding of risk discipline. He has over 23 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. He is currently responsible for leading the risk management function within the Group, defining and overseeing all risks related to financial services (credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk and operational risk), as well as risk-related strategies, policies and processes. Prior to joining Cim Finance, Kwon was the Head of Risk at SBM Bank (Mauritius) Ltd, where he spent over 18 years, and successfully built a robust risk management framework. He also held various senior roles at SBM, including Treasury, Compliance and Risk Management. Kwon holds an MSc in Business Finance from Brunel University London and the ACI Dealing Certificate.
