Roger Li Head of Consumer Finance Steeve Low General Manager Collection and Recovery Roger became part of the Group in 1989 and presently serves as the Head of Consumer Finance at CFSL. With over 34 years of experience covering Finance, Operations, Collections and Recovery, Leasing, Factoring, Money Lending, and Hire Purchase, he brings a rich history of successful accomplishments. Roger’s adept leadership, complemented by his extensive expertise, motivates his team to meet established departmental and corporate objectives while upholding a positive work culture. His responsibilities include expanding Cim Finance’s presence by establishing new outlets in Mauritius and Rodrigues, aimed at boosting top-line revenue. Concurrently, he prioritises leveraging digital capabilities to elevate customer experiences and enhance the company’s financial performance. Roger’s deep understanding of the retail business has played a crucial role in fostering robust connections with merchants and customers, fostering an atmosphere centered on trust, respect, and transparent communication, all contributing to sustained sales growth. Roger holds a Diploma in Management Accounting (CIMA Dip MA). Steeve joined Cim Finance Ltd in 1996 and has held the position of General Manager Collection and Recovery since November 2018. Over the years, he has been in charge of various departments namely, Leasing, Finance, Factoring, Card and Customer Accounts. He also served as an Executive Director of Cim Finance Ltd from October 2014 to October 2017.
