A Culture of Recognition Building on the feedback from our Employee Engagement Survey, M.O.R (Moment of Recognition programme) was celebrated with great allure this year, to reward and appreciate our employees in our Achiever Award, Milestone Achievement and Rising Star categories. Acting on such an important and valuable employee feedback have been phenomenal and our overall employee experience on recognition has improved by 22%. For our employees nominated and have received awards, the satisfaction rate is at 93%. M.O.R has boosted employee confidence on our intent of building a culture of recognition.
