Kaamil Nakhasi

Head of Cards and Payments

Kaamil joined Cim Finance in July 2023 as Head of Cards and Payments. In this role, he has been instrumental in the launch of the new Cashback Credit Card and in overseeing merchant relationships for MoPay, CFSL’s Buy Now Pay Later solution.

Prior to joining Cim Finance, Kaamil spent six years at RBL Bank in India, one of the country’s leading card issuing banks, from June 2017 to June 2023. During this period, he was responsible for the end to end management of the unsecured lending portfolio, including credit cards, personal loans, EMI products, and insurance. He also led the bank’s digital channels, notably the MyCard Mobile App, chatbot, and WhatsApp Banking.

Earlier in his career, from June 2014 to June 2016, Kaamil worked as Senior Manager at Snapdeal, one of India’s largest e commerce companies, where he contributed to the development and growth of multiple business categories.

Kaamil began his professional journey with the Times of India Group following the completion of his MBA.

He holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a degree in Computer Science Engineering from Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology, India.
