Valérie brings over 18 years of extensive experience in the financial services sector, with a proven track record in developing and implementing robust compliance frameworks. Her deep technical expertise, combined with strong leadership and strategic vision, has been instrumental in fostering a culture of compliance and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards across the enterprise at Cim Finance.

Valérie has worked in the Banking industry for 12 years, with extensive experience as Senior Officer in the Legal and Compliance fields at Standard Chartered Bank Mauritius Limited and Banque des Mascareignes Ltée (now known as BCP Bank Mauritius Ltd).

Valérie holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Aix-Marseille III in France. Throughout her career, Valerie has acquired expertise in Banking Law, Corporate Finance, Company Law, Commercial Law, Operations, Credit, Risk Management, Financial Crime Risk and Compliance. She is also a certified compliance professional accredited by the Financial Services Institute of Mauritius.
