Since joining the Group in 2017, Anielle has been instrumental in shaping Cim Finance's factoring strategy and driving innovation in the Business-to-Business segment. Under her leadership, Cim Finance achieved a significant milestone by becoming an associate member of FCI and successfully introducing import and export factoring services – positioning the Group as a trusted partner for cross-border trade.

In 2021, Anielle assumed her current role as Head of SME, where she oversees the Group's leasing and factoring businesses, as well as its broader SME sales strategy. Her mandate includes accelerating growth in the B2B segment, fostering financial inclusion for small and medium enterprises, and delivering innovative solutions that empower businesses to thrive.

Looking ahead, Anielle remains committed to driving agility and value creation across the Group's SME portfolio, ensuring that Cim Finance continues to lead with resilience, customer-centricity, and sustainable growth.

Anielle is a seasoned factoring professional with over 19 years of experience in the field and is certified by FCI (Factors Chain International). Prior to joining Cim Finance, Anielle was the Marketing and Sales Executive at MCB Factors Ltd and part of the Senior Executive team.
