Vincent Valéran

Head of Insurance

Vincent was appointed as Head of Insurance in January 2024.

Prior to occupying this position, he was successively Senior Manager from January 2021 to July 2022 and Insurance Designated Officer from July 2022 to January 2024 where he successfully led the Insurance Integration strategies of Cim Finance.

With over 15 years of diverse experience in insurance, automobile, banking, and strategic execution, Vincent held key positions at ABC Group of Companies before joining Cim Finance, where he led Retail Operations, Corporate affairs and Aftersales Service in the financial cluster up to December 2020. He also worked at AI Broker & Consultant Ltd as Underwriting Manager from January 2017 to November 2018 and Commercial Underwriter at Swan General Ltd from April 2014 to December 2016.

Vincent holds a Certificate in Frontline Management and a Diploma in Business Management from the Challenger Institute of Technology, Western Australia, and a Master 2 Professionnel Gestion de l’Entreprise à l’International from Paris 1, Panthéon-Sorbonne University. He is also a Certified Insurance Professional accredited by the Chartered Insurance Institute, London and a member of the Insurance Institute of Mauritius.
