Jean-Noel Nanapragassen
Head of Digital Channels & Products
Jean-Noel was appointed as Head of Digital Channels & Products in January 2024. Prior to this position, he was Senior Manager of the Digital Centre of Excellence (DCoE) where he successfully drove the digital related strategies of Cim Finance.
Before being appointed to this role, Jean-Noel spearheaded initiatives within the Cards & Payments Team, advancing from Manager to Senior Manager of the eCommerce Acquiring team and later assuming the role of Cards Operations Manager.
Prior to joining Cim Finance in 2014, he was at Bardo Mauritius Ltd, a Payment Service Provider, where he ascended from Sales Manager to Sales and Business Development Manager. In 2013, he led the establishment of Bardo Kenya in Nairobi, Kenya, overseeing operations.
Jean-Noel holds a BA International Business Administration from the University of Northumbria (UK) – Malaysian Campus. He is certified as a Product Development Specialist, holds a Project Leadership Certification and is qualified as an Ecommerce Acquiring Specialist.
