The Board of Directors of CIM Financial Services Ltd (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that pursuant to Rule 4(3) of the Securities (Preferential Offer) Rules 2017 issued by the Financial Services Commission, the Company has successfully raised an amount MUR2.5Bn for a 2 year period by way of a private placement under its MUR2.5Bn Bond Programme.

These Notes have been assigned a ‘AA’ rating by Care Ratings (Africa) Private Limited and will not be listed on The Stock Exchange of Mauritius Limited.
