CFSL - Communique - Amalgamation - 10.08.2022

The Board of CIM Financial Services Ltd (‘CFSL’) wishes to announce that it has approved the proposed amalgamation of Tsusho Capital (Mauritius) Limited (‘Tsusho’) with and into CFSL, subject to obtaining relevant regulatory approvals.

The proposed amalgamation is in line with CFSL’s objective of streamlining its group structure and improving efficiency.

Shareholders and other stakeholders will be kept informed of future developments on this matter.
