Cim Finance Ltd is currently outsourcing its card processing activities to International Card Processing Services Ltd (‘ICPS’), a company providing card and payment processing services. Cim Finance Ltd has retained the services of ICPS for its card processing and related activities in order to provide better services to its customers. In this respect, please note that information relating to Cim Finance Credit Card Customers and Merchant Acquiring Customers is being shared with ICPS on a confidential basis. As a service provider, ICPS has implemented the appropriate security and organisational measures as required by the Data Protection Act 2017 and is registered as Controller with the Data Protection Office. Necessary steps have also been taken to ensure that ICPS complies with section 64 of the Banking Act 2004, whereby all information shared shall be kept in strict confidentiality by ICPS .
