Invitation For Expression of Interest

Supply and Implementation of Saas Issuing and Payment Acquiring Platform.

CIM Financial Services Limited (hereinafter referred as “CFSL”) invites eligible and qualified bidders having THREE or more implementations of which ONE in Mauritius and/or EMEA/APAC countries, to express interest for the implementation of a SaaS Issuing and Payment Acquiring Platform, as more fully described in the Expression of Interest (EOI) document. 

1. Applicants may send questions/clarifications, if any, by email to [email protected], by latest 30 March 2026 at 17:00 hours (Mauritius time).
2. EOIs must be sent to [email protected] on or before Thursday 2 April 2026 by 17:00 hours (Mauritius time) at latest.
3. CFL reserves the right to accept or reject any interest expressed and/or to annul the whole Expression of Interest exercise without thereby incurring any liability whatsoever to any bidder and without any obligation to inform the bidders of the grounds of its action.
