The Mercedes EQA campaign of CFAO (Mobility) Mauritius Ltd is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Financing is offered at a floating interest rate starting from 6.25% per annum, subject to approval and applicable credit assessment criteria of CIM Financial Services Ltd (CFSL).
2. The lease tenure may extend up to a maximum period of 7 years.
3. A minimum deposit of 10% of the vehicle price plus VAT is required.
4. A bullet payment of up to 10% of the vehicle price may apply.
5. Capital and interest repayments shall be made on a monthly basis throughout the duration of the lease agreement.
6. All repayments must be effected through direct debit from a bank account approved by CFSL.
7. The financed asset must be covered at all times by a comprehensive insurance policy, with an insurer acceptable to CFSL and the policy shall be assigned in favour of CFSL .
8. All lease agreements, fees, charges and required documentation must be completed and settled prior to the release of the sales deed or delivery of the vehicle.
9. This offer is subject to approval in accordance with the credit policies of CFSL, and the company reserves the right to modify or withdraw the campaign at any time without prior notice.
10. CFSL reserves the right to amend, modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice and without liability.
