Roger joined the Group in 1989 and currently leads the Consumer Finance business at CFSL. With over 36 years of experience spanning Finance, Operations, Collections and Recovery, Leasing, Factoring, Money Lending, Credit Cards, and Hire Purchase, he brings extensive expertise and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Under Roger's leadership, Cim Finance has expanded its network of outlets across Mauritius and Rodrigues, optimised existing locations, and broadened its product portfolio to meet evolving customer needs. A strong advocate of digital innovation, he continuously seeks to enhance the customer experience while strengthening financial performance. His strategic vision and deep market insight have been pivotal in forging trusted partnerships with merchants and clients, supporting sustainable growth and long-term success.

Roger holds a Diploma in Management Accounting (CIMA Dip MA).
