This tailor-made programme is designed for young graduates, who are taking their first steps into the professional world. It is a gateway for young graduates to Accelerate, Cultivate, and Excel in their professional ambitions, stretch their capabilities and gain real-world experience alongside our seasoned professionals to shape their career with us.
It is a 1-year programme where the graduates will be taken through several streams, with each one of them having their own curated journey ranging from project-based assignments, experiential, cross departmental and core functional learnings. This exposure will not only introduce them to the vast opportunities within CIM but also provide valuable experience as they chart their careers aspirations.
